We collect the minimum needed to run this waitlist: your email, an optional name, a role selection, your guessed launch date, a one-way hash of your IP address, and your user-agent. We do not store the raw IP.

What we do with it:

• Email you a welcome message with your boarding pass.
• Email you on launch day — once — with your coupon, or, if you guessed closest, your free-seat invitation.
• Compute the closest-guess winner.

What we don't do: sell, share, or use your data for anything else.

To delete your row, email hello@recrewtme.com and we'll remove it within 7 days.
